I have been a member of Create and craft since May 09,but bought several items with no trouble at all...till I became a member.They block your account login,they don't give you your discount on line,slow impossible connection to the net on sale days etc.The customer service is awful,can't understand them,they tell you that you have to re-order items that the automated service got wrong,giving you a bogus item number for the items in question,making you think that your wrong,but if you go to the items in show list ,it's them that are wrong they send wrong items.I think they say anything just to get you off the phone,Then tell you to re-order the items you originally requested again,so you have to pay the p&p higher rate again.I am gonna return my items bought this week in protest,no doubt this will be hassel too.
