What can i say what a joke of a company Vodafone customer service is the worst i have ever encountered they keep you on hold are rude or cut you off.I have got a recent upgrade it went wrong was repaired two weeks later hey ho same problem the phone is only two and half months old customer services say they will repair again.
Here"s the thing though i looked through reviews on my phone shame i did"nt first but there you go and the thing that stands out most is the very large amount that say the phone stops charging excatly same as mine one person even had it admitted to them that it a fault with phone that will keep happing.
So i mentioned this funny enough phone went down speaks volumes rather so i said on ringing again if this is ongoing fault why dont you change my phone no it has to go wrong three times i live 20 miles from nearest shop i not faffing with postage i have taken in once so i will now email complaints see where that gets me nowhere i imagine.
So i said i will end contract and refuse pay fee was told then i have debt collectors fine send them round they can knock fee off what i cost in so far in fuel for my car my time wasted and more point my phone bill as i had ring from my landline i will fight this as far i can they are a dreadful dreadful firm who dont deserve my money.
