I was mugged on 27th June and it has still taken this long o be addressed. Phonesafe declined my claim despite the fact that I reported it to both Phonesafe and T-Mobile within the given amount of time. I then had to work in Brighton for the following three days with no phone so was unable to contact the polica and report it to them. At no point was I informed that this also had to be done within 24 hours! I contacted them 2 days later and reported the phone. Explained this to several different advisors at phonesafe who let me continue with the claims process and spend x amount of money calling their 0845 number only to betold that I am not valid for a replacement phone. Have e-mailed appeals office so fingers crossed but I guess they will just wriggle out of it through small print! They should receive no stars despite the one put for each above..it wouldnt let me click on less!
