Been thinking about buying this watch for a while, tried it on a few weeks ago in Jura's store and decied last week to take the plunge so I ordered online. I was going on holiday the next day, so I called to ask them to hold it until I was back, they offered to courier it to my office in south London the same day, so I ended up taking it on holiday. Patrick who organised it for me was great, good example of customer service sorley missing from other retailers.
