Although it is quite expensive once you buy the facial wash and topical spot cream, when my son does not use it it is sooo noticable. It clears up the teenage spot outbreak brilliantly and keeps it under control, he uses the facial wash and then the spot treatment when necessary but to be honest this isn't needed when its under control, it would help if he were to tell me he'd finished it like today when the spots have reared their ugly heads again, will replenish stocks tomorrow and the spots will be gone by mid-next week, can't rate this Freederm Antibacterial Facial Cleanser enough !!!!
