Bought a fridge freezer from Comet, paid for a delivery slot 8-12 they did arrive the fridge freezer was dented and they tore my new flooring. The fridge freezer broke down after 3 days, it took them 5 days for an engineer to come, but I wanted a new one, the time for the en gineer to come they said they would ask for before 2o/c didn't happen, they then didn't phone to tell me when it would be delivered, then they wanted it as an all day delivery slot and I said no, eventually agreed to same time as before. Delivery man second time fantastic, customer service on the phone stinks
