Zurich sent me a letter to say I had been in an accident in April. I phoned them and asked were this accident took place they did not know i informed them no accident took place. They have now sent me a letter to say my no claims protection has been removed. Phoned to tell them no accident took place they said it would be reinsated if it was found no accident took place.Meanwhile if i have an accident i loose my no claims bonus. I have been persumed guilty until proven innoccent. They have now told me the accident was in Alford a place I have never been in my life
