They provided us with a hosted voip solution which was perfect for our business. The voip phones were already setup with our extensions and the router was setup as well when they delivered. Just needed to plug everything in and worked so to say out of the box. The staff on the phone was very friendly and could answer all my questions. We made a good deal because you don't pay extras for features like IVR or queues. Other providers charge you extra for those things. The only feature you pay extra is call recording but charges are very reasonable. Generally speaking we are very happy with the service from voiprus.co.uk
