More-Than Home insurance kept delaying paying out until they could find an excuse to worm their way out via some ridiculous clause.
They have no intention of paying and try their hardest to find a reason not to. Their call center staff have so many departments - none of which seem to communicate with one another. Even finding out the status of your claim is near impossible.. after waiting for half an hour to speak to someone you will be told they dont have the authorisation to give you any information, Why? sorry we cant tell you that... The reason is clear.. some greedy mr burns type manager has spotted a possible vunerability in your claim and told them to fobe you off until he can work a way to get out of paying out.
