My husband and I are due to fly out next weekend to the USA on our holiday of a lifetime. However, we still have not got the tickets and are at our witsend. The customer service Virgin Holidays provides is appalling, you get put on hold for over an hour and then get told when you ring up on a different number that the support centre closed probably an hour during you being put on hold. Not amused. Then when get through to speak to someone you the customer real resolution to the problem. Not having your tickets a week before departure doesn't seem to both them. After, stating that this was not acceptable, they then promise to sort it all out for you and ring you back the next morning with an exact time and don't bother. What should have been an exciting time planning excursions is turning into despair. Eventhough, we have now been promised our tickets through special delivery, neither of us are hopeful after being lied to so many times by them. This is due to ringing 2 weeks ago about final details and being assured that the tickets would be sent soon. All that came was a final invoice a month late saying that we'd paid in full.
We would not go with Virgin holidays again, Thomas Cook you have our booking for next year!
