Ordered a few items online and had my bank account deducted three times for the one order. A week later I am still waiting for a refund from Homebase. I have emailed everyday this week, I have phoned (usually end up speaking to 5 people and then get cut off!). This is the most shocking customer experience I have had. Will NEVER shop here again.
