I ordered what looked like a beautiful set of flowers for my wife on our anniversary. 12 Pink Roses, a box of Prestat chocolates, a bottle of nice wine and a "i love you" balloon. The none of the latter were delivered and the flowers themselves were dry and wilting. Previous experience with Arena was good but these are just bad flowers.

Customer services were at least easy to contact and offered a refund, but thats not exactly the point in their line of business now is it?
