If Elephant were the last insurance company on the planet, I would buy a bicycle. Elephant are cheap and it shows in every aspect of their business.
I had an accident two and a half years ago and it still isn't settled. I am now facing a court appearance to give evidence as to what happended. I have sent photos, diagrams and of course a claim form but still nothing has happened. Elephant are slow and incapable of settling anything hence it looks like am having to do it all myself.
A lot of car insurance companies give cheap quotes but be VERY carefull if you have to make a claim. Ask yourself why are they so cheap.
THE CHEAPEST IS NOT ALWAYS THE BEST
