Every time I book a flight with Thomas Cook on their website, It takes your card details and your money and does not give you the flights. This has happened twice to me. Every time I spend the next day on the phone to be told we have not taken money from you. There is no record of a card transaction. The bank has confirmed that the payment has come out and it is in Thomas Cooks bank account. IT IS THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER USE THOMAS COOK!! I am still waiting for them to trace the money! I am supposed to fly in 4 days time. Their customer services are going to ring me back later. They also tried to make me pay for another 3 flights at the new increased price!!
