Shocking company, shocking service, shocking phone system overall APPALLING - do not use this company!!!
Tried ordering a mattress, they failed completely - only once turning up but in the wrong day and were confused no-one was in!! (interestingly when I spoke to the delivery company they sounded annoyed and said this was 'typical for bedroom world') - nuff said.
Oh, and after cancelling my order they gave me a 'goodwill' gesture and refunded my delivery charge - great....hmmmm since they never actually delivered anything!! - and since cancelling? - yes, you guessed it, I have had 2 attempted deliveries for mattresses i had cancelled.
What a joke of a company!!!!!
