An annual ritual is a family trip to Nikki ips to celebrate my daughter birthday. This year was extra special with an engagement & recent graduation to add to the celebrations.
The food was, as always, excellent.
The rudeness & sheer lack of courtesy shown by one woman was unsurpassed. She is obviously in the wrong job. She wrote down our order incorrectly & instead of simply apologising & rectifying her mistake she refused to acknowledge her error & was downright hostile. The idea that the customer is right is obviously not in her remit. (eg why on earth would 8 people have ordered only 2 portions of rice, & even if that is what she thought she heard surely a person in her position would have queried?)
The rest of the staff are fine but I'm afraid that her attitude ruined what could & should have been a wonderful evening.
Looks like we will have to find another venue for our celebrations in future & that saddens me.
