This was the worst by far airline service I have ever received from a customer service perspective. We got to the airport 30 minutes before departure as stated on our tickets. We had luggage to check in and they said that they would not be able to get us on the plane because people with luggage should be at the gate 45 minutes before departure. That of course was in the fine print and no where else. They sent us to the ticketing office and then the ticketing office made a call and told us to run to gate 88 in Barcelona to make our flight. The person who was working at gate 88 at about 11:40 July 21st could not tell us when our luggage would get to Palma and soon became irritated with us and told us we just NOW missed our flight because of our questioning. He basically told us we were not getting on because we wanted to know when our luggage was going to be there. He caused us to spend an additional 275 Euro for 2 more plane tickets simply because of his lousy attitude. In the US the airline would have put us on the next plane. Vueling Airline and their lousy service charges you a full fare which is totally unfair. I would never fly with them again.
