Had two dogs insured with eandl for 5years when i claimed for one dog recently they refused to accept liability They then wanted to add an exclusion as the condition might arise again.and also increase the premium.they also took months to send this information.I have been paying 45 pounds a month and have been insured with them for 5 plus years and I feel they had no intention of paying if they could find a loophole .My claim would have been for about 600pounds and i have paid them much much more than this in the belief that i would have funds when i meeded them It may be legal but i felt it was unethical.i believe it would be very difficult to have a claim accepted by this company
