Departing accommodation in Loughborough Road, Leicester.
Arriva 126 and 127 services timed at 0840, 0850 and 0906 - so arrived at stop at 0835. (0906 too tight for connection at St Margaret's for rural bus round trip and return to Leicester railway station.)
At 0845 a bus (0840)approached. I stepped out, juggling clumsily my purse and two pieces of luggage, and the bus went past and stopped at the traffic lights. More juggling - not sure how got to bus, but knocked on the door. Driver yelled "You didn't put your hand out!" He drove away, I turned back towards the stop, saw second bus (0850) approaching - and stuck hand out - it didn't stop either. I don't see how second driver could have failed to see me, with my luggage, turning away from the first bus and standing close to the kerb. Also, surely all drivers should make allowances for passengers with luggage? Not only missed my connection, but sustained thumb injury juggling with luggage.
