i was unsure of the claim form at first (- it was so simple to complete!) but healthy pets paid out over £2000 without a quibble after my dog broke his elbow in three places. There were 3 separate claims in all including one for hydrotherapy and all were received very quickly. I will be staying with healthy pets and would definately recommend Healthy Pets Pet Insurance.
