i recently bought a 08 ford focus with 22800 miles on the clock , the car was immaculate and the Carcraft salesman did not really have to sell me the car , i arranged to pick the car up , its here where the hard sell of the warranty begins! 40 mins of reasons why you should take the warranty , then negotions of freebees, free breakdown cover , ie 6 months tax , free service etc, eventually and reluctantly i made a "deal" to have my car serviced and a reduction in the initial price of the 3 year "guarantee". all done , picked the car up and on the whole pleased with the actual car , i arranged after a few days for my "free service " for a week later , i dropped the car with the evening before as arranged with the service lady , and the following day called to arrange collection , no problem iwas told the car is ready, to cut a long story short they could not find the keys (standing like a plum for 30 mins even though the service agent had arranged to leave the key at the front desk) , the service book was not stamped as specifically requested as part of there warranty conditions!!! and i sincerely doubt any service requirement was ever carried out
an expensive car now relys on there honesty of what was done ! watch this space , the way i see it this company has very poor customer service a fact that if you read the reviews on this site i am not alone at this rate they will continue to lose valuable customers
