Ordered magazine subscription as a present for someone else in Feb 2009, its now August 2009, no magazines have arrived, the last email I had in May said Country Bookshop made a mistake processing my subscription, now they dont answer my emails and won't return my calls!

I have never managed to speak to a person there yet, only ever get answer machine, this is very suspicious!
