took out 1st Central Car Insurance online and then cancelled within 14 day cooling off period because i discovered a cheaper arrangement with another insurer with whom I have other car insurance. cancelled by email and recorded delivery letter with insurance certificate. cannot seem to be able to make any contact whatsoever to recover premium due back to me. hours spent waiting on numbers and no emails acknowledged other than by their automated system. human contact impossible and still out of pocket. never again!
