I have been on this 3 Day Diet before and can say it does work. You do feel hungry but it's to be expected because of the low calories. I like this diet simply for the little thought involved with meal planning and the fast weight-loss. I have only ever tried it for two or three weeks at a time and now plan on trying it for about 6 months. will let you know how it goes.
