First time used Asda on-line, order on Sunday - delivery to arrive on Tuesday. On Tuesday 1/2 hour after delivery time slot get a phone call from South Africa call centre. Sorry Asda warehouse can't cope with delivery orders moved warehouses - order cancelled by Asda. Write in complaint - get a delivery e voucher. Guess what order again - now I'm being told there is a delay in the order coming out - that's funny my neighbours ordered on-line same time - same delivery slots and they received their orders and yet I have been told by an overseas operator that there is a delay - please give me strength. Advise simple pop into the store its cheaper and quicker and less hassle
