Ordered a stroller on Tuesday and got phone calls to confirm TWICE that it will be delivered on Thursday. On Thursday morning Glasgow Pram Centre customer service called saying the item is out of stock and will be back in a week. Still can't figure out how they got me confirmation twice the first place. Customer service can't explain either. We ended up paying £35 more for order with other store plus Saturday delivery as we need to use it on Sunday. Will never deal with this store again. Worst of the worst!!
