I have recently taken reciept of a two & a three seater Naples leather sofa last week. I come across the leather sofa world website when trawling through the internet looking to replace my previous leather sofa. After looking through various sites and deciding on the sofa i wanted (which took some time) i was dissapointed to learn that most of the companies i was contacting could not deliver the goods to me for another 4/8 weeks which was no good to me as i was giving my son and his partner my original sofa when they moved into there flat. I was actually informed by one of the companies that i called that most of the sofas companies do not even order your sofa until you have made your payment. I contacted leather sofa world and spoke to one of there sales representatives with regards to the items on the website, after debating over the Naples or the Napoli i finally decided to opt for the Naples suite, as most people i was quite shocked by the price of there sofas, i asked with regards as to why this was the case, i was informed that because they do not have showrooms across the county, just there depo in Birmingham that they are able to keep there overheads low and pass the saving onto the customer. I then asked with regards to the quiality of the leather suite, if it was 100% leather, i was informed that the suite is a mix of leather and leather match, which at first worried me, but the guy went on to explain that the seating area, arms and back of the sofa were leather, but the front panel, side panel and back of the sofa is a leather bond. I was advised that these are parts of the sofa that tends to get marked or scuffed, so seemed to make sence to myself. That was last week and i have since taken reciept of my sofa and i just wanted to say that i am more then happy with the standard of the leather sofa they delivered, two of there guys brought the sofa to me and installed it in my home so i did'nt have to lift a finger. Overall i was pleased with the service and as for the goods, they far exceeded my expectations with regards to the quality of the goods. i would recommend leather sofa world to my friends and family, and infact have passed the details onto my son and his partner.
