Have placed order with Duvet and Pillow Warehouse via my google checkout account about a week ago, they claim they have no record of the order, but my card has been charged.
The said they will investgate, but didnt return my call as promised, they refuse to give their head office number who they say deal with all the orders.
They answer the phone each time but basically these people are just message takers and are of no help at all. I gave a order for £200.00 but i think i should have checked out this site before placing the order.
