they delayed our flight more than 4 hours told us we get free ticket voucher.... that was a lie. the flight attendents were so rude i wanted to punch the lady in the face. got up to use the restroom and she made me wait in the isle with the seatbelt light on so she could serve drinks thats wrong and very unsafe.. i hate united and will never fly them again.. coming back home into o'hare we had to wait to land and once we landed had to wait another hour 1/2 on the runway to get to a terminal.
