Booked and paid for a car to be collected at the airport. All details of the local agent and car etc was confirmed by email prior to holiday. On arrival the local agent had not received any communication from Holiday Autos regarding our booking and had no available cars. We then spent more than an hour trying to find something on spec that we could book. Some 5 weeks later we have yet receive our refund. Avoid using Holiday Autos

    Excellent review as identical to my own experiences - arriving at Nice at 2200 hours with a voucher and no knowledge of the booking. Never again with Holiday Autos no with their parent company. Last Minute.Com
