I had an accident in feb 2008 and still I have not received nothing from swiftcover. My car now has gone scrapped because of the damage and lost my car too now. Also they send me a renewal email that went on my junk mail ( that can be done on purpose i'm an IT guy and I know how easy that isto do) so I missed the reminder and they automatically renew my policy! So they send you paper in your post and email on your inbox for stupid stuff. And important stuff to your junk mail. so I had a car dead parked on the street and had to pay 80 pounds cancellation fee. My advice is to pay fews £'s more and stay safe as anyone is better then them.
