Had car insurence since 2004 with Liverpool Victoria, automatic renewal quote exceded website quote by over £120. There was no information in paperwork with auto renewal to indicate that LV were not giving their best quote or that customer should check the quote for best price.

Reading the above reviews this seems to be a reoccuring problem with LV!

Customer service on the phone was very polite however i was told there was nothing they could do except cancel my policy and i was to start again online. I am now changing car insurance porvider.
