I bought a maxi dress in June it looked beautiful,when it arrived it was not as i expected so i returned it. It is now August and i am still waiting on my refund. I have been shopping with Bonprix a few years and the only problem is when you make a return, the refund takes forever. I will think twice before making future orders.
