Do not purchase a phone or take out a contract with this group - their customer service is appalling. We have been with them for some time, and received a cold call to extend our contract and get 11 months free through redeeming our bills. They stated they would send the details to us in writing, but, despite four further phone calls from us (one per month since April) we have received nothing and have no idea when or how we are supposed to redeem the bills. Each time you phone they promise to rectify the situation but actually do nothing at all. They tell us we are now tied into a further 18 months contract as we agreed to the above verbally. Carphone Warehouse have no concept of customer service....
