I was looking for a car thru www.carrentals.co.uk and placed an order for one car to be picked up at newcastle airport and dropped off in carlisle one week later thru carrentals I havent even picked up the car and they want to charge me GBP35 because I am dropping off in carlisle on the Alamo web site they mentioned this and that is why i didnt use their web site but used carrental instead but they have booked me with Alamo anyway !

If you take the car for over 5 days you must pay for the gas and deliver it empty when you return the car. read thed etails very well they are all THIEVES !! I didnt know i was booking thru ALAMO they are charging me a "sur charge of GBP 35

I thought i had read and understood .. I guess not
