I am 19 years old and applied for a yes loan a week ago. I wanted to borrow £3000 to take my ill mum on a holiday of a lifetime. I applied on the internet and they told me i had been approved within seconds. I was so happy and rang them almost straight away when they told me they had found a lender for me. I was asked to pay £69 processing fee. I stupidly paid it thinking that was normal. I have not heard anything since and everytime i ring them they leave me on hold forever. I wish i had read these comments before! I am devestated and the trouble is because i am only 19 with not much credit history no one else will lend me the money. It doesn't seem to count i am in full time employment earning over £1300 a month. How are they able to get away with doing this to people!? all i can say is it is SICK!
