JUST APPLALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE from uk sports imports....I ordered an air hockey table for my daughters birthday and took the day off work on the confirmed (by email) delivery day. At 2.30pm no delivery had been received, I phoned to get the city link consignment number so I could track my parcel. & was told that the item was too heavy for city link and it would have to be delivered next week...but i wouldn't be told if it would be weds or thurs until the tues before. I phoned to cancel my order tonight at 7pm and was told that even though a message would be taken there was no guarantee a refund would be processed as they are very busy, so best to phone back tomorrow. Hopefully a refund will be processed promptly ...will have to see.
