Technical Support abysmal at tiscali - slow to respond and assume that the customer is an idiot (I have worked in computing for over 30 years, including LAN and WAN configuration), frequently they just give stock responses and seem to have little knowledge. The speed often becomes very slow in the evening, but this may be the load on the exchange - all broadband providers have oversold the bandwidth in many location, it could also be the load on some of the sites being accessed. Overall the connection works, I can get very good speeds when the exchange load is low.
