I had BT broadband for 12 months and for 12 months I tried to get out of the contract!
The service is poor, they lied to me about the package saying I will get free calls on my normal phone line not just the Hub phone, i had to pay a bill for the calls. You never got to speak to anyone in the UK always India.
The people you spoke to did not understand your frustration!
Luckily I'm free of BT now and will never trust them again.
Speed was ok but the price was expensive , the bills hard to understand and they don't care about there customers. when i cancelled my contract after 12 months they then told me I had entered a 18 month contract! Which i hadn't . they finally agreed to release me. 2 weeks later i get a bill for £90 for cancelling my contract! Stay away from BT!
