Phoned up Kates Skates to order as I needed check that I would get the shoes on a next day delivery as I was away for the weekend. Assured this would happen but next day no shoes. Apologies from them and they agree to a discount. Shoes arrive and laces look like they have been dried out in the sun for a week, totally different colour to the shoe. End up speaking to a manager who is totally unhelpful and insists that I need to send the laces back before he would send me a new pair, so basically can't use them for 4 days after delivery. Extremely poor service, for the sake of a 50p pair of laces I would not use this comapny again.
