Just returned from Craig Tara what a nightmare how can haven treat people like this the chalet was dirty smelt like a gents toilet no towels toilet roll till next day broken locks on windows I was horrified management could not care less they were overloaded with complaints also had to get mattress changed the place stinks its not what you call cheap for the money it was sub-standrd I am going to do my best to get refund and if everbody did this might make Haven take notice why should we have to put up with this treatment
