Not been with them long, but any questions have been dealt with quickly and efficiently and service has been pretty good, both in branch and over the phone. Maybe this is partly while people are clinging on to their jobs and might change later, but so far, not a single complaint about Lloyds tsb (other than the fee they charge to consider an overdraft and that internet banking only shows the balance as at the end of the previous day).
