I ordered goods from this horrendous place in May for my sons birthday. Received one item and with it was a letter saying that they was awaiting the other goods but would send them on once shipment had been received.(Items was never in stock when I ordered them, but the Who Blackpool website doesn't state this)My money was taken from my account despite not having them in stock, and to date and after several phone calls and emails later I STILL haven't received anything from them. When I ring I get an answer machine, and if by chance someone does answer its a girl that doesn't know her foot from her elbow. I have contacted Trading Standards today, and they have given me further information on what to do. My next step is to contact 'Watchdog'. Avoid this place like the plague, its cuustomer service is disgracful, and you WILL NOT receive your goods, they will however take your money, and try as you might to get it back. You have been warned. The worst shop I have ever done business with.
