The accommodation at Bluestone is good (though not five star) but everything else was a disaster. Facilities are poor - the driving range is effectively just a field, the chipping green is not functioning, the safari jeeps didn't work properly (we got our money back on that but the hassle was ridiculous), the TV remote control didn't work, there was not enough toilet roll, there was no CD/radio, the pizzas were like bad takeaway, the grass hadn't been cut for ages, and on the final morning we had to wait an hour for breakfast and they ran out of bread. Too many 'small' problems especially in a place that claims to be five star. Everything was a hassle in terms of customer service - my impression was that the (very pleasant) staff had no training and there were not enough of them.
