I have just purchased an 07 Nissan Qashqai from the car shop megastore for £10548 paid cash! I will never set foot in there again. When you are purchasing they can't do enough for you but on collection it is a different story! I was promised a small scratch would be sorted out, but wasn't; 2 keys - they only have one; full service history - the history is they have serviced it! They were rude and obnoxious in all it took over 3 hours to pick up the car I was left sitting around and told as I was late coming to pick it up I will have to go to the back of the queue I should have been on time! What a way to deal with someone who is spending all that money and I had previously told them I was flying back from holiday, in all I was 20 mins after the time put on the invoice. They are a load of bullies, I as a woman with my children felt very intimidated - I was told as I was buying a second hand car I should expect the odd scratch! I left and burst into tears not the way to celebrate buying a new car! I would not recommend them to my worst enemy! I intend to take this further they should not be allowed to trade with this attitude something must be done.
