123reg are terrible- they don't answer the questions you send them and when they do, they use standard "replies" which bear no relevance to your question. Every time I speak to anyone in customer services I get told a different "solution" - and none of them helped sort my problem out despite many many calls to their "helpline". I just want to forward my emails to a gmail account so I can pick them up when not in the office: surely a common request now that so many of us work in various locations? get it together 123reg, I wish they would read this...

I found this review very helpful because... it reflects my experience of 123-reg's sorry excuse for technical support. It's disgraceful - I've had websites hosetd with this company for nearly 10 years and I have never encountered such levels of incompetence.
I too have phoned them up, received stock replies in their support area, and still can't get the problem solved.
I submitted my domain for their free Google Analytics automation service and they have erased all 15 of my websites...
Not only that - I have not been able to access my sites for 6 days despite asking them to restore them.
Their latest comment was "What browser are you using"?
Whatever you do - do NOT use 123-reg.co.uk or their sister company Webfusion.
