I recently purchased an Olympus Pro Trampoline through a 3rd party and it was supposedly under warranty through ijumpusa (usually warranty are void after it gets re-sold) When I received the unit, there were some bolts/ brackets missing that I would've gone through hell to get replaced. I called the manufacturer and to my disbelief, ijumpusa sent the replacement out so fast and didn't even gave me any trouble. The trampoline is up and the kids LOVED it. The least I can do is express my gratitude on this site. Thanks guys for the awesome service and product!
