I recently took a flight on aa from san antonio to dc national. we had a hard time getting out of san antonio because of weather in houston. we were over 45 min late leaving and by the time we made it out to the runway we had to go back and get more fuel. i almost missed my connecting flight. luckily i am in good shape so i ran to my connecting flight. i arrived in Washington to find out my bags were left in dallas. this isn't the first time i have had a run in with aa. the first time i flew with aa i was kicked off the flight because they wanted to send mail on the flight, and the captian didn't know if he would have enough fuel to make it from dallas to coumbia sc. then they said they couldn't get me another flight for another 3 days. i am in the military and i value my time with my family. luckily they got me a flight with another carrier the next day. they get billions from the government and they raise the cost of flights and still they have horrible service...what gives!!!
