Ridiculous! my delta flight was late getting into GA! I had 5 minutes to get from concourse D to concourse B. Which was impossible and I was running through an airport I've never been to with directions on how to train myself to concourse B! Delta airlines holds flights for no one! Even if it's there fault you are late!! I was suppose to have an hour layover in Atlanta and instead was stuck here all night waiting for a flight out!! And didn't get one till morning. As I had this unescesary experience, I have met countless people going through the same thing! Delta can't get to airports. On time to make connecting flights! I don't reccamend this airline and will only fly southwest from now on I have never had a problem with them and I am afrequent flier!!!

I found this review not helpful because...I am one of the many people who have experienced terrible service from Delta,back in April 2009. The bulk of the reviews are negative and that,s because the majority of the time Delta perform badly, if you have flown with them without a hitch then you were lucky, it is not correct to give potential Delta customers the impression that Delta is wonderful all of the time because you had one good experience.Trust the general reviews of Delta on this website,and look elsewhere,because the chances are you will have a bad experience with them and by the time you have discovered their non existent customer care policy, it will be too late. I have flown with numerous low cost airlines and experienced problems,but the difference was in the way they handled the problems,as I have read in recent reviews, Delta do not care.
