I have never had so many problems, took tiscali almost two weeks to get my line repaired, they kept telling me someone would get back to me, nobody ever did, I had to chase them all the time to get an update, I probably made somewhere in the region of 10 calls to them, lasting on average about 20 mins, per call (at least) and god knows how much money it cost me. When my contract was up I changed straight away, I changed over to another provider who took over my line and broadband on May 15th 2009 and cancelled my account with Tiscali, I got a final bill over the telephone which I duely paid, I made sure I had a call Ref. No. and a separate Ref No. for the payment which I made on my mastercard, but they keep billing me for another £28.16, theatening to pass on my details to a Debt Collection Agency for further action, which they say may result in additional costs and may affect my future credit rating. My advice to anyone thinking of having or changing broadband is forget Tiscali, these are not nice people to do business with
